Viclaro Atlas
Corrections and disputes
A published measurement can contain an identity error or a defect in the measurement process. Disagreement should be possible. History should remain visible.
Submit a correction
Email support@viclaro.app with the subject “Atlas correction.” Include the lens, snapshot date, specific claim, and cited counter-evidence. Add the affected page URL when available.
Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for review. Public correction records exclude personal information.
Response timing
Viclaro will acknowledge a complete request within ten business days and provide a substantive response within thirty business days. If review requires more time, the response will explain what remains open and provide a revised date.
Evidence refresh
Each lens defines its evidence-refresh cadence in its manifest. New evidence may enter the next cohort review. It does not silently rewrite an earlier snapshot.
Snapshot withdrawal
Viclaro may withdraw a snapshot for a material measurement defect, a legal challenge directed at the measurement itself, or documented provider misbehavior that materially compromises the run.
Withdrawn snapshots are marked withdrawn. They are not deleted. Previous snapshots remain retained, and any replacement receives its own identifier.
Public correction log
Correction and withdrawal actions are recorded publicly with the date, action, affected snapshot, and a brief public reason. The public entry contains no personally identifiable information.
Questions about these procedures belong at support@viclaro.app. Include the lens and snapshot date.
